Winter Bites with its Teeth or Lashes with its Tail—says Timber Flooring

Winter Bites with its Teeth or Lashes with its Tail—says Timber Flooring

With quivering winter, we become watchful for things that are sensitive to freezing. Did you know that your Timber Flooring needs extra care too in winters? Follow these demonstrative winter care tips to immortalize your timber flooring:

1. Doormats at the entrance

Place doormats at all entrance doors to clasp any gravel, grit, snow or water brought indoors on footwear. And regularly clean these mats while considering to have spare mats for extremely wet and cold days.

2. For extra wet days

You can keep towels by the front door in case if the clothing is wet that would wipe away any water spillage that may have dripped on the floor.

3. Footwear restricted

Don’t drag your footwear dirt in the house. Remove your dirty or wet shoes on the doormat or possibly outside the house and away from timber flooring.

4. Clean paws of your pet

Pets are always favorite and so is your flooring. Care for both of them by cleaning dry the paws of your pet.

5. Sweep and clean your timber floors

During the winter months, it is recommended to sweep away any dirt and grit on a daily basis which will, in turn, reduce damage or dullness arising from the harsh conditions outside.
