OUR COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHADING COMPLAINTS WHICH MAY ARISE.
The purchaser agrees to charge all real property owned by it to the Vendor to secure monies owned and interest which shall accrue from the date of invoice at prevailing bank overdraft rates.
- Mike’s Carpet Discounters reserves the right to alter any information contained within the website without notice.
- Actual colour of the samples on this website may vary due to monitor configuration, gamma and contrast brightness.
- Prices indicated on this website are supply only prices, unless otherwise specified.
- Goods ordered through this website are to be fully paid for prior to Mike’s Carpet Discounters starting work, irrespective of any other type of goods, invoices or dealings with Mike’s Carpet Discounters.
- No refunds will be provided after acceptance of the order placed through the channels outlined on this website.
- Any carpet that has been cut prior to installation at our workrooms cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.
- Dye variations of carpet from samples cannot be guaranteed. Any great variation will be taken up with the manufacturer but payment by customer cannot be with held from Mike’s Carpet Discounters.
- Mike’s Carpet Discounters will adhere to delivery promises where possible but late deliveries from manufacturers or transporters will not cause reason for cancellation of order, or a default in payment to Mike’s Carpet Discounters.
- Carpet will not be pattern matched, unless specified by Customer.
- Shading may occur on plush and twist piles.
