Location : Victoria – work out of Carrum Downs Warehouse.

To provide our customers with a superior level of service in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Working in a very fast paced and friendly environment with a young and dynamic team, you will assist with successfully completing flooring projects, including neat finishing works and sub-floor preparation.

The key responsibilities of this role will be: 

Removing existing floors (carpet, timber, tiles, etc) Installing all types of vinyl sheet and vinyl planks, as per job requirement Preparing surfaces for flooring installation – using masonite, concrete grinding / self levell-ling, etc Material handling at warehouse and at job site

Site coordination Providing a professional customer experience Work collaboratively with on road and onsite team members Ensuring shop is opened on time, and closed with all opening and closing checklists ticked off Utilising various systems and tools to understand job plans Performing site visits for the purpose of client engagement, assessment, measuring and setting realistic expectations about project delivery Planning and coordinating installations Professionally handing and managing irate customers or customer escalations, including problem solving, managing customer expectations, and finding a mutually agreeable solution
