“Recently had Hybrid flooring installed at home through Mike’s. The job was done as scheduled on time. We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Hema at the show room in Carrumdowns. Hema was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of hard flooring and explained it to us really well enabling us to make an informed decision.
For the installation we got Karan and his team who were very efficient and had the 100+- sq mtrs done in about 5hrs.
The only thing I was not comfortable about was the payment terms. Mike’s required 100% payment before any work was done or material delivered. I would never recommend that anyone pay 100% before the job is completed and if the company or Tradie insists you are better off taking your business somewhere else. However, Hema was able to sort that out for me.
